TSX Venture Exchange Approves Non-Brokered Private Placement Units

Vancouver, British Columbia, July 3, 2020 – Lucky Minerals Inc. (TSXV:LKY, OTC:LKMNF, FRA:LKY) (“Lucky” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) for the non-brokered private placement unit offering (the “Offering”) previously disclosed on May 15, 2020, June 8, 2020 and June 29, 2020. The Offering was for gross proceeds of $3,072,200 and for a total of 20,481,336 Units at $0.15. Each Unit consisted of one common share in the capital of the Company (a "Share") and one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $0.22 for a period of two (2) years from the date of closing of each respective tranche (1 & 2). 

All securities issued in connection with this offering are subject to a hold period of four months plus a day, expiring from the date of issue (Tranche 1 - October 10, 2020 & Tranche 2 - October 26, 2020) in accordance with applicable securities legislation. 

The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for exploration on the Company’s properties and general working capital.
